Built in 1841, just 15 years after first settlement in Western Australia, Old Surrey is reputed to be the oldest continuously occupied home in Western Australia. It has tremendous old world charm, resembling that of a smaller English manor home. Reservation conditions
A deposit of one night's accommodation is required to confirm your reservation. For peak periods, longer stays and group bookings, a further payment bringing the deposit up to 50% of the total accommodation charge will be required 14 days before your arrival date.

A minimum booking of two nights accommodation is required during public holidays, long weekends, Easter, Christmas and special events.

Cancellation policy
If more than 14 days notice of cancellation is given, the deposit will be refunded less a 10% handling fee. If cancellation is received less than 14 days before the arrival date the deposit will be forfeited unless alternative arrangements can be negotiated.

Check In/Out
We welcome you to check in at 2:00pm, and check out at 10.00am.

Smoking
We ask that you refrain from smoking inside. You are welcome to smoke outside in the garden.
